Description

Chernomorets is a big village of town-like type on the Southern Black Sea coast 25 km from Burgas, 35 km from Burgas International Airport and at 9 km from Sozopol. It is situated in one of the most quite coves on the Southern Black Sea coastline.

Purchase schedule:

- 40% upon signing the preliminary contract;
- 20% upon completion of the shell construction;
- 20% upon completion of finishing works;
- 10% upon issuance of certificate of occupancy.
