Description

Walls - the interior sides of the walls are with solid cement lime stucco treated over with latex. All exterior sides are thermally isolated with “Integrated Thermo-isolating system FIBRAN", including thermo-isolating tiles, textile net, ground coated mass and finishing structural stucco.
Ceilings - white latex over lime stucco. The light height of the residential premises is 2.80m.
Floors - granite-gress for the common parts, the corridors and terraces for living rooms and bedrooms – high quality parquet, colour-golden oak.
Doors - inside apartment doors with a case, four-sided framework of MDF material, natural oak veneer plus glaze. Entrance door - with a case, solid structure with special filling and reinforced construction. Combination lock - mounted. Surface – oak veneer.
Windows - five-camera system, German PVC joinery SALAMANDER, double glass packet, 24mm low emission glass, colour - golden oak.
Facades - with the above described “Integrated thermo-isolating system FIBRAN", 5cm.
Sanitary premises - standard realization of a variant of Italian terra-cote and faience plus sanitary equipment.

Common parts:
Elevators - noiseless, ISOMET, meeting all European standards and of high technology.
Entrance lobby – ceiling – latex over lime stucco, floor – granite-gress.
Staircase- coverage on the steps- entirely monolithic cement, railing following the architectural detail.
Roof – vapour, hydro and thermal isolation – 80 cm.
Underground parking – a garage door with an additional option for remote control for each owner.

Surroundings - shaping of the pavements with concrete tiles and grass lawns.
